Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 11, 2026
1. Overview
This policy explains what data we collect when you visit drynights.shop, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We collect as little data as possible: we do not run accounts, and the only cookies and similar technologies we use ourselves are for measuring the performance of our advertising.
2. Cookies and advertising measurement (Meta)
We use the Meta Pixel, operated by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (for users in the EU/EEA/UK) and Meta Platforms, Inc. (elsewhere), to measure how our ads perform and to improve our campaigns. When allowed, the pixel collects information such as the pages you visit on this site, your IP address, and device and browser information, and shares it with Meta for measurement and ad optimization purposes.
In the EU/EEA and the UK this technology only runs after you click "Accept" on the cookie banner. If you click "Refuse", no advertising cookies are set and no measurement events are sent from your device. Outside those regions the pixel runs without a banner; where local law gives you an opt-out right, you can use the "Cookie settings" link in the footer at any time.
3. Your choices and withdrawal
You can accept, refuse, or change your choice at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of this site. Your current choice is kept on your device and applies until you change it. Withdrawing consent stops future measurement immediately; it does not undo events already sent.
4. Checkout and payments
Purchases are processed by Shopify International Limited and its payment providers (for example PayPal). Order and payment data are handled under Shopify's own privacy policy; we do not receive your full payment details. We only receive order information needed to deliver your digital product and provide support.
5. Your rights
If you are in the EU/EEA or the UK, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the personal data connected to your purchase, and to object to advertising measurement. You can also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our tools or the law change. The effective date at the top always reflects the latest version.
